AFM-Téléthon - The French Muscular Dystrophy Association

AFM Téléthon, the French Muscular Dystrophy Association, is composed of patients and their families who are affected by a neuromuscular disease: a genetic, rare, progressive and severely disabling illness. In order to fight those diseases, AFM-Téléthon chooses to initiate innovative actions and a strategy of general interest that benefits all rare diseases and all persons with disabilities.

The objectives of the cooperation between AFM-Telethon and ESPRM are:

- To organize a scientific session during the ESPRM Congress (Vilnius, 2018) dedicated to Neuromuscular diseases on outcome measures in clinical trials.

- To spread information on the two Societies’ activities in both networks
